Holy Temple of Saint Titos
The most established and largest in the city – dedicated to the Apostle Titos. Here, amongst other relics, there are gathered the Holy Skull of the Apostle and the miraculous icon of Messopapaditissas.During the Turkish domination the church was given to Fazil Ahmet Kioprouli which turned it into a mosque. In 1925, after the exchange of populations, was repaired accordingly and dedicated to Apostle Titos.
